Ten years removed from her playing days at Green Mountain College, Coach Keogh returned to GMC in the fall of 2007.  In her first season, Coach Keogh led the Lady Eagles to a 9-11 record and a bid to the independent Conference Tournament. In her second year at the helm, the Lady Eagles joined the North Atlantic Conference, finishing the season 9-9 overall. In the NAC conference, the Lady Eagles advanced to the semi-final round losing to Husson University. For the team's effort and handwork, Keogh earned the 2008 NAC Coach of the Year honor.

On the lacrosse field, Coach Keogh has been given the task of building new program from the ground-up. With the school's first ever lacrosse season under her belt, Coach Keogh looks to build upon last year's progress and bring the college's lacrosse program to the level of success that Green Mountain College's other teams have experienced.

As a GMC student-athlete (1993-1997), Coach Keogh started as a defender under Coach Tim Dempsey. Coach Keogh earned numerous individual post season honors, but is most proud of her team's success including three Mayflower Conference titles and a 1996 trip to the NAIA National Tournament in San Antonio, Texas.

A certified high school history teacher in Massachusetts, Coach Keogh spent time in the classroom and on the sidelines at Newton North High School (Newton, MA), Amity High School (Woodbridge, CT), Our Lady of Lourdes High School (Poughkeepsie, NY), and Hamden High School (Hamden, CT) before returning to Green Mountain College.

Coach Keogh and her husband, Bill Hice, reside in Poultney with their infant daughter Olivia.
