(October 24, 2009) - Saratoga, NY - Junior Nicole Horvath (Fort Edward, NY) ran a 21:34.34 (5k) Saturday afternoon to lead GMC at the RPI Invitational women's cross-country meet.  Horvath finished 86^th out of 141 runners in the 14-team field pacing the Eagles to 14^th.

Freshman Whitney Rose (Kalamazoo, MI) nabbed 97^th in 22:17.31 while sophomore Bridget Combes (Londonderry, NH) crossed the line in 23:36.05, good enough for 116^th.  Freshman Kelly Silin (York Beach, ME) and Cristie Durand (Kililngworth, CT) rounded out the scoring for GMC in 127^th and 131^st, respectively. 

GMC returns to the course Saturday, October 31st when they host the North Atlantic Conference Championship.
