Lady Eagles Finish The Season
Worcester, MA - Green Mountain women's lacrosse finished out their season against Becker College on the road. An amazing season in so many regards and a major step in the right direction for a burgeoning program. The game was not a championship nor was it highlighted by incredible feats. However, it did make a statement that women's lacrosse has found a home at Green Mountain College.

Lady Eagles Make Inaugral Home Appearance
Poultney, VT - On a gorgeous spring day on the Green Mountain College back fields, the Lady Eagles hosted Saint Joe's of Connecticut in the very first home game for the women's lacrosse program. The crowd of 50 were not disappointed as GMC played a great game against a tough opponent.

Tight Match in Maine
Bangor, ME - The Lady Eagles played future North Atlantic Conference member Thomas College on the campus of Bowdoin College in the second leg of a back-to-back weekend. The game was very close and GMC imposed their will only to come up short by one goal.

Eagles Face Powerful Monks
Portland, ME - On a foggy and chilly afternoon and Fitzpatrick Stadium in Portland, Maine, the Green Mountain Eagles faced off against GNAC power Saint Joseph's of Maine. The Eagles held their own and came out of the match being more the wiser.

Second Half Effort Strong
Cazenovia, NY - The beautiful spring weather did not help the Lady Eagles break the funk as they played the second game in a back-to-back road trip at Cazenovia College. The first half was a continuation of the tough second half at Wells. However, the second half proved more promising as GMC gained some footing.

Aurora, NY - On a cloudy day at Wells College, the Lady Eagles from Green Mountain played the first half of a back-to-back road trip. The first half of the game looked promising as the Eagles played a strong attacking style. The second half was less spectacular for GMC as Wells found consistency in their attack.

Fort Ann, NY - Green Mountain has taken their lumps and shown great improvement thus far. Against Norwich there would be more lessons to learn. Yet the Second half would see these lessons come to fruition for the Lady Eagles.

Wenham, MA - Green Mountain visited Gordon College on a cold, windy March day to face off in a classic New England small College women's lacrosse duel. The Eagles showed improvement but found the Gordon squad a tough nut to crack.

Fort Ann, NY - On a cold spring day, the Lady Eagles from Green Mountain played a tough match at the Golden Goal facility in New York. Castleton State College Spartans proved to be a superior foe and the Eagles had all they could handle.

Eagles Play/Win First Game in History
Throggs Neck, NY - The Lady Eagles opened up their season, the first in the Program's history, by traveling to SUNY Maritime. The early March weather did not disappoint as the chill from the sea kept everyone moving to stay warm. 75 spectators were there to witness this historical moment.
