ANNANDALE, NY - GMC played Bard tough in the first half-as the game was back and forth for the first 20 minutes.  At the half the Eagles trailed, 33-30.  GMC had a slow start to the second half for the first 6-7 minutes and found themselves down by 20 points before they knew it.  There were a few different times the lead was cut to 14, but just couldn't get any closer.

Four players scored in double figures.  Leading the way was FR Molly Hopper (Governor, NY) with 16 pts. and 9 rebounds.  SO Emma Buckley (Lakeville, CT) and JR Brittany Holden added 12 apiece.  Buckley also pulled down 9 rebounds and had 5 blocks.  JR Natalie Clark (West Palm Beach, FL) chipped in with 11 points.

GMC hosts Johnson State for their home opener on Sunday.
