March 1st, 2010 (Poultney, VT) The Green Mountain College winter sports season came to a conclusion last weekend with the mens basketball team exiting the North Atlantic Conference tournament in the semifinal round. As spring sports are set to gear up, here is a look back at the 2009-10 season.
February 21st, 2010 (Waterville, NH) - Junior Rebecca Steinhauer (Winchester, MA) completed her trip to the United States Collegiate Ski & Snowboard Association (USCSA) Eastern Regionals this weekend with a 30th place finish in the slalom followed by 33rd in the giant slalom discipline. Stenihauer competed as an individual following a 6th place overall finish in the Eastern Collegiate Ski Conference (ECSC) Thompson Division this season.
February 19, 2010 (Poultney, VT) Junior Rebecca Steinhauer (Winchester, MA) heads to Waterville Valley this weekend for the 2010 USCSA Eastern Collegiate Ski Association (ECSC) Eastern Regionals after begin named to the All-Thompson Division team last week. Steinhauer, competing as an individual will race in the slalom event at 9:30 on Saturday morning followed by giant slalom at 9:30 on Sunday.
February 10th, 2010 (Poultney, VT) Junior Rebecca Steinhauer (Winchester, MA) was named to the 2010 USCSA Eastern Collegiate Ski Association (ECSC) All-Thompson Division alpine ski team today. Steinhauer will head to Waterville Valley (Waterville, NH) to compete in the ECSC Eastern Regionals February 20th/21st.
Boyce and Steinhauer Power Women to Season-Best Finish
February 6th, 2010 (North Conway, NH) Junior Rebecca Steinhauer (Winchester, MA) and freshman Bethany Boyce (Kingston, NY) turned in top-25 results leading the Eagles to their best team finish of the season at Cranmore Mountain Saturday. GMC nabbed 6th out of 11 teams in the two-run Thompson Division slalom event. The men had only one finisher, landing in 9th place.

February 7th, 2010 (North Conway, NH) Freshman Bethany Boyce (Kingston, NY) and sophomore Bridget Combes (Londonderry, NH) turned in personal-best results, helping the womens alpine ski team to a 6th place finish in USCSA Thompson Division slalom action for the second consecutive day at Cranmore Mountain. The men did not place any finishers, ending the weekend with an 11th place result.
Steinhauer Records 4th Place Finish
January 31st, 2010 (Lyme, NH) - The Green Mountain College womens ski team improved on the second day of competition at Dartmouth Skiway, from 8th to 7th out of 12 teams. The men moved up in the rakings from 11th place yesterday up to 10th today.

January 30th, 2010 (Lyme, NH) Rebecca Steinhauer (Winchester, MA) led the Green Mountain College womens alpine ski team to an 8th place finish, notching her 5th consecutive top-15 finish in giant slalom action Saturday at Dartmouth Skiway. The Men placed 11th /11 racing just 2 men on the day.
Tim Roper Senior Timothy Roper (Pepperell, MA), in his 3rd season of competition, is the starting left-back for the GMC mens soccer team. His gritty determination and attitude towards the game has earned him the respect of his teammates and coaching staff.
