Erica Eno begins her first season at Green Mountain College as the Head Women's Volleyball and and second as Softball Coach. Eno comes to Green Mountain College after having served as the Assistant Women's Softball Coach at Fairleigh Dickinson University. Prior to FDU, Eno served as the Assistant women's Softball and Volleyball Coach at Emory and Henry College.

Eno began her coaching career at her alma mater, Virginia Intermont, where she served as a member of the softball coaching staff. While at Virginia Intermont she also was an instructor for the Camping and Outdoor Recreation course offered in the Physical Education Department.

A double major in Sport Management and Health and Physical Education, Eno was a two-sport athlete at Virginia Intermont where she was a four year member of the women's softball team and three year member of the women's soccer program. A native of Manchester, NJ, Eno graduated from Manchester High School, after transferring from Tom River North following her sophomore year. An outstanding all-around athlete, Eno lettered in soccer, field hockey, basketball, and softball during her high school career.
