Doubles team Christin Louras (Rutland, VT) and Mark Lundeen (Lakeville, CT) were named to the NAC All-Conference 1^st team Friday afternoon while coach Rob Purdy was honored as the Coach of the Year.  For their persistence and dedication, the team was awarded the 2009 Sportsmanship Award.

The Louras/Lundeen duo were a perfect 3-0 in matches this seasons picking up wins over conference opponents Johnson State College, Thomas College, and Lyndon State College. 

Coach Rob Purdy was honored for his leadership with the Coach of the Year Award.  The Eagles finished 4^th in the NAC regular season standings and appeared in the conference tournament before losing to Johnson State 5-4.
