Senior Michael Weinberg (Stamford, NY) recorded a 7^th place finish on Saturday and matched the result Sunday at the Dartmouth Skiway to lead the Eagles.  Weinberg's combined time on the first day of giant slalom racing, 2:15.14, was 1.29 seconds out of a podium finish. 

Chris Wetzel (Highland Falls, NY) turned in a 25^th place finish with a total time of 2:21.07.  Freshman Bobby Narciso (Windham, MA) finished 3^rd for GMC in 35^th (2:24.39) closely followed by Joshua Saxe (Montpelier, VT) in 37^th (2:26.68). 

As a team, the men finished 5^th out of 11 teams.  Castleton State captured top honors more than 8 seconds ahead of second place Tufts.

Weinberg's 7^th place finish on Sunday (2:07.67) again paced the Eagles to a 6^th place finish overall.  Narciso turned in a 30^th place finish (2:13.71) followed by Wetzel (2:14.40) in 31^st.  Saxe finished 50^th with a combined time of 2:25.44.

With one weekend of racing left in the season, the Eagles are 7^th in the overall team standings with 49 points.  Castleton leads the Thompson division with 8 points, having won every race thus far.
