(April 26, 2011) – Women’s lacrosse attacker Johanna Douglas (Essex, Conn.) and men’s lacrosse attacker Mike Smith (Georgetown, Mass.) were honored by the North Atlantic Conference today for their outstanding individual performances last week.

March 27th, 2011 – (Nashua, N.H.) - Eric Hansel (Essex, Conn.) scored eight goals and the Green Mountain Eagles outshot Rivier College 61-24 en route to a 24-6 victory Sunday afternoon in men’s lacrosse action.

Daniel Webster silences Eagles
March 26th, 2011 – (Nashua, N.H.) – Junior Justin Chiulli (Saugus, Mass.) notched a career-high seven goals and sophomore Keiran Kavanaugh (East Lyme, Conn.) added three goals and set up five others leading the Daniel Webster men’s lacrosse team past Green Mountain College, 17-8 in their 2011 home opener Saturday.

Eagles hit the road for pair of weekend contests
March 25th, 2011 – (Poultney, Vt.) – The Green Mountain College men’s lacrosse team heads to Daniel Webster and Rivier College this weekend for a pair of non-conference tilts. Saturday, the Eagles face DWC at 1:00 pm followed by a 2:30 pm clash with the Raiders Sunday.

Eagles drop season opener
March 18th, 2011 – (Newburgh, N.Y.) – Mount Saint Mary College sophomore Andrew Pullen (Farmingdale, N.Y.) scored eight goals to lead his team to a 15-4 victory over Green Mountain College in non-conference action on Friday. The Knights snapped a four-game losing streak and improved to 2-5 on the year, while the Eagles dropped to 0-1.

March 17th, 2011 – (Poultney, Vt.) – The Green Mountain College men’s lacrosse team opens their 2011 campaign Friday afternoon when they head to Mount St. Mary College (N.Y.) for a 4:00 pm clash with the Knights.

Men's lacrosse looks for improvement in 2011
March 10th, 2011 – (Poultney, Vt.) – After picking-up their first ever North Atlantic Conference (NAC) victory in 2010, the Green Mountain College men’s lacrosse team looks to improve upon their 1-11 mark heading into the 2011 season. The Eagles are set to open play Friday, March 18th when they travel to Mt. St. Mary’s.

Eagles picked 7th in preseason poll
March 1st, 2011 – (Poultney, Vt.) – The Green Mountain College men’s lacrosse team was tabbed to finish seventh this season in the North Atlantic Conference. Castleton garnered the top spot with seven of eight first-place votes in the polling conducted by the conference coaches.
