Eagles Trip Up in Last Match of Season
Lyndonville, VT - Green Mountain College played their last tennis match of the season in the second of a back-to-back against Lyndon State College. Lyndon finished of the Eagles 7-3 as the Eagles won matches at #1 singles, #6 singles, and #1 doubles.

Lyndonville, VT - In the first of a back-to-back weekend GMC dropped the opener by a score of 5-4, an exact replica of their earlier meeting in Rutland, VT. Green Mountain poached wins at the #1 singles, #2 singles, #1 doubles and #3 doubles.

Castleton, VT - On the Castleton campus, Green Mountain pushed a game better against the Spartans of Castleton. The Eagles improved in almost all matches and picked up a match. GMC scored points at #1 doubles, #2 singles, and #3 singles.

Johnson, VT - In a race to five points and the first of a double header, the Johnson State College Badgers hosted the Eagles from Green Mountain. Green Mountain snagged points at the #1 doubles and #1 singles match-ups.

Rutland, VT - At Castleton State College's indoor facility the Green Mountain Eagles stepped up to the net to find a more competitive showing than in year's past. Grabbing points at the #1 doubles and #1 singles made a dent but the Spartans were too strong for the Eagles.
