Dale Solotruck comes from a wealth of skiing history.  Skiing for SUNY Potsdam where he received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Music, Helth, and Economics, Dale pursued his interests in sports and outside after finsihing his undergraduate work.  As a Director of the Excercise Program at Potsdam he honed his skills in the strength and conditioning field.  As an Assistant Dean of activities at SUNY Morrisville, he sharpened his travel and coordinating skills for multi-day adventures.  A Professional Ski Instructor, Solotruck has spent numerous days in the Mountains and on the race courses throughout New England and New York. 

Dale Solotruck's coaching experience has seen him most recently as an Assistant at Castleton State College and part of the coaching staff at Dartmouth College, in charge of the Development team.  Dale has taken the Green Mountain College Ski Teams back to a level that they can springboard into the prominence the programs once enjoyed.  A savvy recruiting ability, Solotruck's freshman class in 2007-2008 garnered Regional Honors and propelled the teams to a bright future.  In the last two years, he has brought one of his teams each year to the USCSA Regional Championships.

Solotruck lives near Killington Resort and spends much of his time outside.
