The Eagle's finish the season with a 1-11 mark and 0-9 in NAC play while the Monks improve to 4-12, 2-7 and claim the final spot in the upcoming conference tournament.</description>

      <description>Bangor, Maine - Husson University rolled to a 26-5 victory over Green Mountain College in men's lacrosse action on Boucher Field.  Nine different Eagles scored with Ben Landry (Fy, Lewiston, ME) leading the way with 7 goals and 1 assist.  &#xD;

The Eagles outscored Green Mountain 21-1 after the first quarter.  Green Mountain, limited to only 12 players trailed only 5-4 after the 1st quarter.  Max Talsky (Sr, Hanover, NH) scored the game's first goal putting GMC up early 1-0.  Edgar Vigil (So, Marlborough, MA) scored 20 seconds later making it 2-0.</description>

      <title>Fourth-Quarter Surge Propels GMC to Victory</title>

      <description>Six 4th quarter goals by Green Mountain College were good enough to claim a 14-12 non-conference men's lacrosse victory over Mitchell College Sunday afternoon.  The win was the first on the season for the Eagles who are 1-6 overall. &#xD;

Max Talsky led the way for Green Mountain with 6 goals and an assist.  Christian Sapovits added a trio of scores and dished out 3 assists while Steve Braunius chipped in with 3 goals.  Tom Wheeler was instrumental in the Eagles success, collecting 6 assists while scoring the game's decisive goal.    &#xD;
&#xD;
Senior defender Kyle Pike (Concord, NH) won 16 face-offs for GMC and helped anchor a stout defensive effort late in the game.</description>

      <title>Emerson Too Much For Eagles</title>

      <description>The visiting Lions from Emerson College scored 5 second quarter goals to pull away from the host Eagles Saturday afternoon and claim a (14-3) North Atlantic Conference victory.  &#xD;
&#xD;
In a tight opening 15 minutes, Green Mountain struck first just over a minute into the game through senior midfielder Max Talsky (Hanover, NH).  The Lions quickly answered back, tacking on three scores before the Eagles' Talsky drew one back with his second of the game on a power play at the 2:27 mark.  Talksy found the net one more time in the dying moments of the opening quarter leveling the score at 3.</description>
