Castleton, VT - The Eagles had the daunting task of finishing their season against the Spartans who have become a power program in the northern New England region.  The match was somewhat lopsided yet the Eagles show class and character throughout.

Sophmores Tom Wheeler (Seattle, WA) and Bryce Donaldson (Jeffersonville, VT) would provide the scoring for the Eagles.  Junior Steve Braunius (Lake Pleasant, NY) and senior John Ryan Magruder (Tully, NY) shared netminding duites and turned away 5 shots.

"I cannot be prouder of my guys," Coach Labate reflected.  "They are a growing group that have youth on their side.  We learned many lessons and I am looking forward to finding the right newcomers to add to the core that is here now."

Green Mountain ends their campaign at 1-9 with underclassmen leading in all statistical categories.
